How long is the delivery ?
FOVÍ aims to process your orders within 48 hours of business days (Mondays – Fridays).

When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-order items require 7-14+ working days to process. Your order will be shipped once the pre-order item has arrived and is ready to be dispatched.
For orders that include pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order is dispatched. You may use the official tracking system of the respective courier service to check your parcel status.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, please check your tracking information to see which courier is handling your parcel. You may contact the courier’s local hotline to arrange a redelivery or redirect the parcel to a preferred location.
For parcels that have been undelivered or returned to us, please note that redelivery will be charged according to our standard shipping rates.
